Role

  • To own the Sales funnel & drive Sales Closure
  • To own Customer Experience during the onboarding journey
  • Create attractive designs and layouts for various workspace interior projects
  • To lead and own quality & accuracy of design deliverables
  • Communicate effectively with client, vendors and team in order to address client’s needs
  • Maintain industry knowledge in order to stay relevant
  • Good understanding of materials and products used in Interior Design

Experience

  • Have 7-10 years of hands on experience of working with interior firms, with atleast 3 years of experience in designing and delivery workplace interiors.
  • Holds sales expertise in:
    – Sales Closure by way of logical & trusted Sales pitch
    – Driving and leading the Design meetings with the customers
  • Holds design expertise in:
    – Conceptual design (layout, style, moodboards)
    – Technical design (material knowledge, execution and drawing preparation)
  • Holds behavioural attributes of :
    – Result oriented
    – Team work
    – Integrity & Ethics
    – Crisp & meaningful communication
  • Have Good communication presentation skills
  • Should be flexible to work to meet business needs
