Role Overview

SKV India is looking for 2 motivated individuals for a BD – Tele-calling role focused on connecting with blue-collar workers across India. You will be speaking with people from Tier 2 & amp; Tier 3 cities – understanding their needs, building trust, and guiding them in their own style and at their own pace. Patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt your tone are everything in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential candidates and engage them in a clear, friendly, and empathetic manner
• Communicate effectively in Hindi and English based on the caller’s comfort.
• Understand the needs of blue-collar workers and guide them through the process Patiently
• Maintain call quality and ensure every interaction is handled with professionalism and care
• Log and track call details accurately on a regular basis

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Fluent in Hindi and English
• Calm, patient, and composed – especially while handling varied and challengingcallers
• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify and adapt tone asneeded
• Comfortable working in a high-volume calling environment
