Job Overview:
- The role is of Marketing Communication. Understanding the Marketing Mix and all ATL/BTL/Digital channels.
- Establishing the working relationship with the client (Developer) and the agencies/ vendors.
- Providing communication thought across all mandated projects assigned.
- Exploring new and innovative methods of marketing
- The role is responsible for successful execution of campaigns thus proper campaign management
- Knowledge and contacts in publications/ agencies
- Execution Corporate Events/ Exhibitions and alliances
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Prepare the Marketing Budgets for respective mandates as assigned.
- Understand the client requirement for communication
- Preparing the communication thought and execution through offline mediums
- Briefing & Coordinating with agencies/ vendors for timely delivery of the agreed plan
- Attending to client briefings on the product and giving inputs
- Developing agencies/ vendors base.
Education Qualification & Experience:
– MBA/MMS Marketing with 8 to 10+yrs experience
– Prefer candidate who has worked in Real Estate / Infrastructure Setup
– Good Experience in Marketing for Real Estate &Commercial Industry
