Senior Architect – OPEN

The successful candidate requirements are:

Designation – Senior Architect

Qualification – B. Arch or M. Arch

Experience – Atleast 4-5 years in the relevant field (Strictly in Interior Background)

Job Location – NCR Region

Key Roles & Responsibilities (Not limited to):

1. Designing interior of Corporate offices layouts
2. Co-ordination with vendors regarding handover project
3. Co-ordination with Clients to discuss new projects and going on projects
4. Prepare BOQ for projects
5. Should be able to do projects in minimum time
6. Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations
7. Make on site visits to check on project status and report on project
8. Follow architectural trends and advancements
