The successful candidate requirements are:
Designation – Senior Architect
Qualification – B. Arch or M. Arch
Experience – Atleast 4-5 years in the relevant field (Strictly in Interior Background)
Job Location – NCR Region
Key Roles & Responsibilities (Not limited to):
- Designing interior of Corporate offices layouts
- Co-ordination with vendors regarding handover project
- Co-ordination with Clients to discuss new projects and going on projects
- Prepare BOQ for projects
- Should be able to do projects in minimum time
- Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations
- Make on site visits to check on project status and report on project
- Follow architectural trends and advancements
