Qualifications / Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture / Interior Design or related field
- 7+ years of related experience as an interior designer with a strong background in workspace design and corporate interiors
- Strong knowledge of all aspects of the design process, workplace strategy, design & documentation, implementation and FF&E
- Meet with clients to understand their requirements and conceptualize designs accordingly
- Be the point of contact with key clients and resolve escalations by collaborating effectively with stakeholders
- Inspire, coach, develop and mentor team members in the design studio
- Outstanding graphic presentation skills and the ability to communicate design ideas effectively
- Strong Auto cad and knowledge of Adobe Suites, Revit, Sketch-Up and/or 3-D Studio Max
- Flexibility to focus on a large client account with a variety of project types -or- multiple, concurrent projects in various stages of development
- Coordinate with project managers at site through team to ensure execution is as per standards and desired design
- Knowledge of life safety codes and requirements.
